Well, the ribs were waaay toooo smoky, and the BBQ sauce should have been added just before the end, not at the beginning.

Hi, I bought a Masterbuilt Pro from Home Depot...I thought I would try a rack of ribs for my first attempt which I think are about 2/3 done as I type this....I put waaaay to much wood chips in ( if some is good, then more is better...)...
