    I had one, cant say enough good about the inventor. But in short it went back. I believe it is the MES 40. Air flow problem. It went back also now using a few of those pellets in my weber smokey mountain. There is a thread here somewhere going thru everything we did to make it work. Bill

    Finally got a Tri-tip for the first time.

    TriTip is excellent on the grill. My wife grills them up she makes a mean tritip roast. Cooks them to medium on the grill lets sets for a few minutes. She rubs with EVO, Kosher salt, cracked blk pepper, and garlic powder. I love it sliced thin BillMc
