    In about 5 hours I'll be putting my first butt in my new Masterbuilt digital smoker. I'm a little nervous, but I've heard the butt is pretty forgiving. I've dry rubbed my 7-pounder and have it resting in the fridge over night. Will be using Apple wood. Any suggestions? Will post pics along the...
