    Someone mentioned reheating them by steaming or possibly heating them back up in an oven? I will most likely have to reheat the TTs. Any idea how much higher the temp will go up by reheating or which method of reheating would work the best?

    my Brinkmann Smoke and Grill Professional Smoker is disintegrating.

    Model# 810-1751-S  basically everything below my Heat Plates are all rusted out and just barley working.  To top things off, i cannot find the exact replacement parts for my model.  Brinkmann's no longer in business and my replacement parts are unavailable. Is anyone else having the same problem?
