    Got a text from a friend showing good prices this weekend on Pork Butt ' s at the local big box. Decided yesterday to give it a try for the first time. Nothing risky... going to follow one of Jeff's recipes. Using cherry wood for this smoke. It's 5 a.m. ..... wish me luck.
