Chunks in MES
Has anyone ever used small chunks in their smoker rather than "chips"? I bought some thinly sliced peach that I am going to use my DeWalt mitre saw to cut small chunks and try that. My chips burn up WAY to quickly. Any hints? Thanks David- bigokie

I've got an electric masterbuilt that I can't seem to get things right. Everytime I smoke anything, there is a really strong, almost too strong smoke taste. Almost like creosote. Am I using to much chips? It doesn't matter the wood. It still does it. The book says "a cup" at a time but I've have...- bigokie

Thanks for the help.....The Chiefs smoker is toooo cool!!!!! Other than gettin the pipe, I think eveything else is do-able. Here at work the tools and equipment are limitless, so I will do more viewing and getting more ideas. Thanks again..... -
