It was cooked in an steel bin modified to be a smoker. I cooked it at a temp of 120 for 2hrs 20 and came out very very well. Forgot to take a pic before eating 128546 haha
I have a 750 gram cut of rolled brisket to smoke today and wanna know wat yu guys use for a gd time and temp to get a gd crust and juicy centre!!

I remembered to check with everythin but the bin itself but I've had a few things outta it so far and nothin wrong wit me haha. It works well and once I get the timings and stuff rite should be very gd for the summer comin in.
