Yep or on Saturdays they'd be the Lil vendors on side of the road selling them out a van or something with boiled peanuts or fresh shrimp. You don't see that as much.

See that's how I've always did mine too but the way he's doing it, I can honestly say sounds great! I'm going to try it next batch I do. Great post.
