Smokin a brisket
Got a 13 lb full packer ready to go on. Straying from tried and true method of Central Texas style. Using the Diva Q 180 brisket recipe. I've done several of her other recipes and they were awesome, so I thought, "what the hell". I'll let you know how it turns out.- Big_Fudge_14

I spoke with Pit Boss customer service, and the guy I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable about the product. He asked me a bunch of questions and then gave me several different reasons why I could be having the problem.
