    Where in NC are you hailing from?

    I'm new to the group.  I'm from Charlotte.  Bought a RecTec pellet smoker several months ago and am really enjoying smoking.  I'm sure it is the lazy man's way to smoking meat, but the  taste turns out great no matter what I'm smoking.
