From what I've read there was a lot of modifications on this grill/smoker, so I'm pretty nervous.
For turkey what is your favorite wood chips? We have Apple, Cherry, Hickory & Mesquite.
We've enjoyed others who have smoked, especially whole pigs...but never did ourselves.
We are trying our first time this weekend with a 13lb turkey. We have the rotisserie as our backup. :)

After reading the thread on this smoker...I'm a nervous wreck about trying the smoker for the first time this weekend. I honestly thought it would be SO easy to use.
