Well today I got my first smoker it is an Old country Brazos smoker sells for $999.99 it has been used once still has the sticker on it and he needed $200.00 and he sold it to me for $200.00 ,I said are you sure he said yes. So now I can start learning the art of smoking!- benchmark

All of my beef is grass finished or it has had very little grain very differant than what you buy in the store, I used to raise all my chickens and process then ,sell eggs ,pastured raised turkey but I haven't done none of that in several years now. -

Smokeusum I half to freeze the meat I eat when you have a whole steer processed every year you half to put it somewhere.
