Is MES 30" wide enough for racks of ribs?
I just did a rack in my MES last night. It barely fit. Usually I cut the rack in half especially when I do more than one. Still tastes great.- ben501st

Smokers, Whats your age and how long have you been smoking???
I'm 20 and I've been smoking meat for a bit over a year. Did my first big smoke (70 lbs. of pork butt for 400+ people) about a month ago.- ben501st
