They do look great, thanks for sharing. Those pics also leave me a little confused ...this site describes the chuck rib bones as being more round and the plate bones more oval to flat shaped. The bones in those pics as well as the ones I’ve seen at Costco definitely look more like plate bones...
Any experiences with smoking Costco prime beef chuck ribs? They actually look like 123A beef plate ribs to me, but they’re labeled as chuck. Trying to decide whether I should smoke these vs picking up some 123A plate ribs, which would be Choice not Prime.
