    I've had a Javelin for a while now, and I thought it was about time to upgrade. The Javelin PRO is much larger than the Javelin, which is one of the main reasons for the upgrade, with the probe measuring almost 4.5". In terms of performance, it's noticeably faster than the standard issue...

    For $15 more you could've gotten the Javelin PRO from Lavatools, who probably made the green one you have. Good purchase nonetheless, they're great little thermometers.
