Residue in my smoker
I'm new to smoking, have an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn, been smoking with oak, now have a tar like build up in the smoke chamber. Do I leave it for flavor or clean it off? If I should clean it off, what's the easiest way to do so?- Beachside Redneck
