I’m a big fan of solid equipment that’s built to last — gas grills, kamados, wood-fired pizza ovens — anything that lets you cook outside and enjoy the process. Most weekends involve smoke, fire, experimenting with food, and learning something new the hard way.
When I’m not cooking, I’m usually outside, fishing when I can, or catching a game. I’m here to learn, share ideas, and talk BBQ with people who enjoy it as much as I do.
