Haven't used for half a dozen years of so. Not adverse to using it if doing some indoor cooking that I would like to add some smoke flavor too. Last time I tried it I added it to a batch of Lit'l Smokies in BBQ sauce.
I prefer competition style ribs that you can get a good bite out of. But if someone else is cooking and has FOTB to offer me I sure ain't gonna turn em down.
Looks great! I don't think you could go wrong with those even if brisket was another option.
Sadly I can never seem to find them around here. The one time I did they were so overpriced it wouldn't have been worth it.
