    Finished up watching the Netflix docuseries Wyatt Earp and the Cowboy War. Was pretty good and had some thing in it I never heard before.

    Liquid smoke or no liquid smoke?

    Haven't used for half a dozen years of so. Not adverse to using it if doing some indoor cooking that I would like to add some smoke flavor too. Last time I tried it I added it to a batch of Lit'l Smokies in BBQ sauce.

    Looks great! I don't think you could go wrong with those even if brisket was another option. Sadly I can never seem to find them around here. The one time I did they were so overpriced it wouldn't have been worth it.
