Thanks guys. Found SMF by accident. We planted some apple and peach trees. I've used apple before, not peach though. Did a search and here I am. Guess I'll be saving the branches of these too. -

Hello The Name is Lloyd (bassnutt). I live in SE Tennessee. At 54, I have grilled a long time and have smoked a little less. Have had Gas, Charcoal, and Electric smokers and grills. Do I have a preference? No, I feel the difference is in the prep, wood and length of cook. .
