Hi everyone, just a newbie to the whole smoking scene. Bought a second hand weber off eBay, cleaned it up and cooked my first beef roast on the weekend with a rub I found on YouTube and a piece of mesquite Wood. Now I’m hooked, the flavours where sensational, looking to learn more.- Barrettcuda
