Hi Johnny, welcome! I'm in the lower Hudson Valley area and we do not really have a supply store here. You say you are looking maybe for some wood chips etc. One suggestion I can make in regards to wood is maybe check with some custom cabinet/woodworking shops in Brooklyn. Dang, Ny'ers
Hi everyone, I'm new here at SMF. I live in Orange county, town of Warwick. I've been smoking meat for only about a year. In that year I've only had about 4 smokes so I'm a newbie for sure. Had some great success over the Independence day weekend with a Boston Butt and some Texas lollipops.- banshee800
