Newbie AMNPS question
Congrats on the MES 30BT. I have the same one and got the 5x8. First time I used it I put it on the bottom rack with the factory wood tray pulled out a bit. Just picked up a Masterbuilt 30 BT last night and ordered my amnps yesterday. Prior to this I have only smoked ribs on a gas grill so I am definitely a beginner! Look forward to spending plenty of time on this forum as well as failing, learning, and succeeding in the smoking of the meats!
