    I just recieved my Smoker from a friend and am going to my first session tomarrow.  I have all day for the most part except i need to go to the store to buy the meat.     Newbie here

    I just received a smoker from a friend who could not take it when he moved.  Lucky me.  It is a side smoke which is what I wanted and can't wait for the weekend to give it try.  I happened onto this site looking recipes so again lucky me.  Just so everyone does not think I am always lucky I did...
