    Damn... my problem is this... I live in Canada. I cant seem to find a single food grade hi-temp silicone here. any I found in the us that ship to Canada charge 3x what the silicone costs to ship it to me.....I have even tried contacting all of the places you can buy bbq and smokers and parts...

    Found these at the local dollar store. 2 pack for $1. they are wavy, but a rolling pin flattened them perfectly. the actual dollar store i got them at was "Dollar Tree"

    Haven't found a source yet. Doing electric with a charcoal bin so it does coal fired as well as electric. I'll be ordering an AMAZIN smoker for when doing electric. Still need element/control and thermometer. You have a source?
