    Excited to learn

    I recently upgraded from my propane grill to a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 offset smoker, and am eager to learn how to use it. As of now, all I have ever cooked on was propane. Any tips or tricks you fel would be helpful for a newcomer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Erick
