First UDS build
hey guys, building my first UDS and everything has gone smoothly so far. just did the burn out last night. do people use the bottom rack to store a water pan or pizza pan when smoking ribs ? im from Australia, so the biggest drum i could purchased is a 44 gallon drum.- aswell10
