The thermometer is from my turkey cooker.
It has been bent more than a few times.
I'm not really sure it accurately measures air temp.
Will a therm designed for cooking meat and liquid accurately measure air temps?
Yup, there it is in all it's glory. I am considering a different thermometer.
Any suggestions are welcome.
The red box on top is just for tools, hot pads etc.
I've been making biscuits-n-gravy with my smoked pork breakfast sausage for years.
Our gravy recipe is almost identical except we use half-n-half.
We put this thing you call "fattie" in everything from pasta of every kind, pizza, eggs and even wrapped it in a bacon weave a while back.
