    Has anyone tried pork short ribs? I'm thinking of doing a beef short vs Pork short rib video this weekend. I've never seen this cut before at the supermarket so I was curious when I saw this cut online and went ahead and ordered. Supposedly they're like little pork butts on a bone. 😀 We'll see!

    Just wanted to share my Mother's day cook a few weeks back. Was breaking in the new addition to the BBQ Back Shack - the Old Country Vaquero Grill. Made some Tri Tip on it with grilled veggies and an Aioli dip sauce. Came out great! Video up on the channel. 🤘😀🤘
