Haven’t posted in a while been a busy winter, but thanks to all who have!We used kits from Cabelas, moose killed this last fall, we didn’t smoke it, but we will next time! Turned out pretty good I will get better!
Sorry for the delay getting back, been out of the loop a few days! The temp is the prob on the ribs I was too hot about 285 four 4 hours, still trying to figure this smoker out. The rub I used on them was a little garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper. The London broil I used...

Good discussion! I had to train myself to “trust” the thermometer. As for someone flapping their cob hole I hate that, if you don’t want to eat it then don’t! But don't ruin it for everyone else!

Two chickens turn out pretty good! Smoked for about 4 1/2 hours very juicy! Just bought a Master Forge propane smoker, worked well very happy with it so far!
I'll try some ribs or salmon next (depending on the run)!
