    Just wondering what everyone is using for a probe to test your meat for tenderness ? I searched but only seem to come up with temp probes. Just looking for ideas......Maybe something I have laying around. Thanks jack

    St. Patrick's Day

    I have an older Mes 30. It is getting hard to read the display. I would like to switch over to a PID. Just wondering if there is a good detailed right up on how to do this ? Seems most i fine are missing the pictures or are not complete. Thanks for any help Jack
