PORK BUTT ----- Again !!!!
I've even gone as high as 350* and couldn't tell a difference (at all) for some cuts "low & slow " is the way to go, with Pork Butts I don't think so Great ;Q -

Big butt cut into couple butts
They were about 6 pounds each(after cutting in half) , I never foil butts (or ribs) as I recall they took about 10-11 hours @ approx 245* -

Thanks!!! You have inspired me to try one with the fat cap removed, I'm all about the bark and meat "marrying" in the Pulled pork! -
