Anyone with experience on the Pit Boss 820
My dad gave me his pit boss 820 for Christmas. I have used it 4-5 times and like it. A few things that I had to figure it but once I did it works well. That being said I would buy a rec tec or a denial boone if this one was not free. He bought it this past summer at Menards for 399$- abrooks80

My name is Aaron and am from the Dayton, Ohio area. Been using a vertical propane smoker for a few years and have recently started using a pit boss 820. After about 2minutes of looking through this forum I knew it was for me looks like a ton of info. Thanks and happy smoking -
A-MAZE-N Expanding Tube Pellet Smoker preview
What is a pellet tray of you don't mind me asking. And would you prefer it over the tube. I have a pit boss pellet smoker and am looking for a little more smoke. Thank you- abrooks80

Thermometer location
Prior to getting a grate clip I balled up aluminum fouls and pushed it through and kept the foil in the smoker, got a lot of uses out of it.- abrooks80
