    We certainly do like folk.  You must not have been wearing a Raven's jersey though, or they may not have been quite so nice.  But even then, it would be friendly mocking. It is NOT however a very good barbecue town.

    Charcoal at dawn..... Pig meat on the grill Pork butt inside the ECB. Did a pork butt, and a brisket in the ECB.  This is from my son's 10th birthday last March. This was breakfast that morning. Just thought I'd share a few pictures from my smoking and grilling adventures.

    Want to enlighten everyone to what you are listening to?  Maybe a local you love?  What do you listen to while you are baby sitting the smoker? I tend to go with the Dirty Old One Man Band from east Texas, Scott H. Biram while I have pig or cow on the smoke....
