Need some help
Building a 120 gallon off set vertical smoker, needing some help with exhaust size and location. All my other builds have been horizontal. First go around with a vertical. Thanks for any help- 08umax

I'm building a reverse flow smoker with what I was told is a 40 gallon tank. According to feldon my 1/2 moon opening should be 11.19". 49.15 sq.inches. the ? I have is the 11.19 at the widest point of the 1/2 moon or is this the total of the opening .or can I just cut the entire opening from...- 08umax

The weather here sat . Is going to be 70 deg. I'm going to smoke some ribs and a brisket , just need a good home made rub for the brisket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance .- 08umax

need some help on a whole hog plz.
I have a few questions on smoking a hog , first one is should I rub it or not , if so what would Yall recommend? Second one is about how long am I looking at, its a150 lbs live weight skin on head on , also would it be better to sew it back up with butcher string or not . Thanks for the help... -
