I'm a new guy from Toronto. Moved into my own place back in December and now that bbq season is here I'm enjoying the perks of grilling my way...I am in the process of building a UDS and also bought a weber original kettle grill a couple of weeks ago. I am new to cooking with charcoal and must say loveeee it so far! I've done chicken breasts, sausages and sirloin steaks with grilled veggies so far all on the weber, but I'm really looking forward to some smoking....going to try an offset cook of ribs soon on my kettle since the uds may still be a bit until finished.
Anyways that's my story! Hope to learn a bunch while herd
