Turkey Breasts, stuffed & smoked Qview

    Turkey breast slit open. Stuffed with onion slices, shredded swiss cheese, stove top stuffing and thin sliced Black Forest ham.
    McCormic French Herb Roasting Rub.

    TOP. Injected with EVOO mixed with GrillMaster Chicken Rub. More of same rub on outside.
    Bottom. Stuffed and wrapped with bacon, tied, more rub.

    Sausage patties smoked with Hickory about 2 hours.

    They look good. Do you have any sliced qview? How did they taste?

    Bmudd, they were delicious. Especially the stuffed turkey breast.

    Dawn, sorry, no sliced picture. Was in such a hurry to dig in, I forgot.
    Will try to remember next time.

    Thats some good looking smoke there bud. Ilike the idea with stuffed breast.
