Not much time to smoke anything yesterday, so I broke out the trusty Weber. Used my "homemade "vortex" to grill indirect for a while before crisping up the skin in the center. Moved back to the outside and smothered with Sweet Baby Rays mixed with Cherry Dr. Pepper and a bit of brown sugar. I love doing it this way so as I don't have to baby sit Miss Weber as much. They turned out super moist with an IT of 170.
