congrats! I bought a ampts for my older brother for Christmas last year. Told him how to use it and all and he's not done anything with it yet! He eats my PP and loved the brisket I made and his fiancé told me I needed to show him how I did it but he won't learn. I just used my 5x8 just a single row and it burnt for 4 plus hours. If I couldn't use my pellet grill and had to solely use a kettle or gas grill I would use it constantly! Awesome product Todd!
