Hey yall, I am Jerry out of Fort Hood, Texas. I am originally from South East Texas but currently station at Ft. Hood. I have helped my dad with smokin' meat since I was 15. I currently have a small Weber grill that I smoke my dove with. I still have a lot to learn and came here for suggestions and tips. I am a very active hunter so if you need help or company just send a message. For the last 2 years I have been processing my own deer and the for the next two days I will process my first wild hog. Any tips and recipes for taking meat from the field to pitt would be much appreciated.
