Smoker Rookie!

Hello to all , from Jacksonville Florida. I am new to this form as well as smoking any food. I just picked up a 4-1 smoke Hollow Grill/smoker and am in the process of converting to Natural Gas. I will be sure to use this form to ask rookie questions and hopefully not drive people crazy with all my questions. BTW anyone who has converted there 4-1 smoke Hollow Grill/smoker please PM with your input! Thanks
