Fresh Green Onion Bratwurst deconstructed and reformed into meatballs and stuffed with Fresh Mozzarella Cheese.

Smoked on my Pit Boss Copperhead 5 vertical smoker at 250F for 45 minutes.
 
Now that's something different. At least to me. A++ on this. And I do have some brats kicking around...

Slice the casing and remove the meat and roll them into meatballs... stuffing with cheese if you desire!

Looks good, love brats, puttiing on the list. Slightly surprised 45min was enough to cook through.
They were actually slightly over cooked as they got to 160F IT... but the pork is thinner being wrapped around the cheese
