Wife sauteed up some onions and mushrooms, made some au jus and after it was warm, put some of the slices of meat in it. Then onto a toasted hoagie roll with some swiss cheese slices. MAN was that meat even more tender than when I cut it. Outstanding!!!

Mm, that sounds good. Sometime put a drip pan under it and add some aujus, and onions and mushrooms, nice smokey aujus for dipping.
