Prime Rib Sammies (Two Kinds)
Some of you said you wanted to see the Sammies I make with my Leftover Prime Rib, so here it is:
So after another Awesome Medium Rare Prime Rib, I get to make a bunch of my favorite Sammies.
I’m going to make Cheesesteaks with Thin sliced Smoked Prime Rib, Sauce, Fried Onions, Hot Peppers, and Provolone.
And I’m going to make Webers with Thin sliced Smoked Prime Rib, Miracle Whip, Lettuce, Tomato, and Provolone.
Note: If you like your sammies bland, you can use Mayo, instead of MW.
Everything I did is included in the captions above each Picture.
BTW: There was a couple nights of more Cheesesteaks, but I didn't take pictures of those.
Thanks for Stopping by,
Bear
This is what I had to start with—-5 pounds of Prime Rib:

Then after removing the two slices in the center, the rest is Leftovers for Awesome Sammies:

Here is all the leftovers sliced thin for Sammies. I keep it in this lidded container, because this is quite a few Sammies worth of good stuff:
