Having a family get together so I'm smoking a monster tenderloin

Hey Jake,

That’s a large piece of meat right there.
I believe that is a pork loin vs a pork tenderloin. Depending on how high you are going with your temp, It will dry out really quick if you overcook it. Stay on top of those temps.

Yes I've learned that's a pork loin. Is that a stick burner?looks like it just fits in there
