A couple of friends have been inspired by my latest sausage creations & want to get together and make large batches so Saturday these are the types we will be making. 25 lbs cheddar brats, 25 lbs cheddar jalapeño brats, 25 lbs mushroom Swiss brats, 25 lb smoked kielbasa, 25 lbs fresh kielbasa & 25 lbs chicken with sundried tomato, garlic, basil, and mozzarella.
