Been lurking for a couple of weeks, just got my first smoker. Simple cheap little offset smoker for me to train myself on. First day was a success in my opinion!

Brisket
Burnt ends
ABTs
Smoked jalapeno escabeche

None of them were perfect but definitely all tasty and makes me want to keep it up. Had a hell of a time managing my temps and that is definitely where I'm gonna focus next.

Best thing to do is to upload photos from your computer/phone directly into SMF, via "Upload a File" button to the right of "Post Reply".

Pops, can you upload multiple photo's that way? I just drag & drop them in the text box, that way there is no limit to the number of photo's you can upload at one time. Photobucket doesn't work anymore unless you pay them.

I do the same as Al. The Upload a file button doesn't seem to work for me.
