Newbie in VA Mountains

Mike here, I have a Master Forge electric smoker - a bullet I think it is described as.  I know nothin' about nuthin' and less about smoking.  A quick look at the forums and you guys are incredibly organized and I think  (even me) could learn something.  I look forward to the e-course and delving into the forums.
