Pork steaks, came out pretty good. I'm new to pellet grill cooking. I'm a retired Coast Guardsman and just retired from 20 years of public service for the Illinois Dept of Corrections. Living in Southern Illinois, about 14 miles east of St Louis, MO. Hope to learn from your posts.
