Hi I'm new to the site.  I've been grilling for years but just got my first smoker.  I have wanted to get a smoker for a couple years now and never pulled the trigger.  My wife got me one for Christmas and so now the game is on.  My grandpa ran a BBQ stand for years when I was a kid and he smoked everything so I'm looking forward to some good eating.

I'll be using a big ugly drum smoker made locally here in St Louis.

I look forward to looking through some of the recipes on the site and finding some I'd like to try.
