Hello thanks for letting me join. I'm in Alberta Canada and am brand new to smoking. Was looking at buying a Smoke Vault that runs on propane to use out at the lake for the most part. What's everyone's thoughts on that smoker? Good or bad? Thanks for your input

I have had a SV24 for several years!

It's a very good smoker & if you ever need any replacement parts they are readily available & inexpensive right from Camp Chef.

When you guys got your smokers did you run them for a few hrs then clean them out before smoking any meat in them? Lots of people are telling me yes and no lol.
